Four days until school starts. Yikes!!!
I was cruising around Craigslist, which I do fairly frequently, and looked in the education jobs. There was a posting for a math/science teacher for a small private school. I freaked out a little. I love my job and am so looking forward to returning – I don’t want to lose it. But truthfully I don’t think that would happen. It’s summer, they would have said something like give us your keys back or something….. and there are lots of small private schools around here…. But it is a little unnerving…..
Yesterday I finished up all the prep I am doing for this year. I need to just let it go. What I do want to do is create a page on this blog with my notebook pages. I “borrowed” some from the Internet but some I created on my own. I want to have them somewhere that is readily available so that I can print them out if I need to. I will try and get that done today.
Today are the last of my errands before school starts. Tomorrow I plan on going to the beach for a while. Then it’s the weekend and Monday it’s back to school. We have meetings Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday is student orientation, then Thursday school starts. Thankfully we only have students for 2 days and then the weekend. Our school is switching it’s schedule this year so I’m not at all sure what my days are going to look like. I guess I will find out on Monday.
